Q: What should I do if I do not know the size of my tire?

No problem. Simply Click Here and you can begin to search for the tires for your vehicle. Once you enter the Year, Make, Model and Trim level (package) of your vehicle - only tires that are specifically for your vehicle will be displayed. You can also search by brand and price.

Q: Do you sell New and Used Tires?

No - we only sell New Tires and very competitive prices.

Q: Once I place my order - will I be able to check the status?

Yes - you can check the shipping status of your order online. You will need the tracking number you received in your confirmation email.

Q: What if I decide I no longer want the tires? What is your Return Policy?

We do accept returns as long as they are returned within 14 days of delivery. We will only accept returns on tires that have not been installed - are unused (not been driven on) and are not damaged. Please call 1-833-6SPEEDY to arrange to have product returned. Once approved - you will be eligible for a refund. The refund will equal the total price that was processed on your credit card less freight charges to ship back to the distribution center as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Q: Do the tires come with a warranty?

Yes! The Manufacture provides the warranty. SPEEDYTIRE does offer a Road Hazard Program. Click Here for details.

Q: Is there are minimum to the number of tires I must order?

You can order from 1 tire to as many as you like.

Q: Will my order be shipped to my house?

Your new tires are shipped via FEDEX to any address within the continental United States. You can have your new tires shipped to your house - business- mechanic or the featured installer of your choice. Normal delivery is 2-4 business days.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes- our site is secure and protected by TLS v1.2 encryption.

Q: In the event I change my mind - can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order as long as the tires have not left the distribution center. Once they leave the distribution center - you will be responsible for shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Q: Do you provide the services for installation of tires?

No- you should have your tires installed by a reputable installer. Installation charges are not paid to SpeedyTire. They are paid directly to the installer that you choose to mount and balance your new tires.

Q: What happens if the tires I ordered are not available for immediate shipment?

Should the tires you order not be available for immediate shipment - we will contact you to discuss options.
