Returns

We understand that sometimes people make mistakes when purchasing tires, and we want to assure you that we won't leave you high and dry. That's the SpeedyTire guarantee!

Industry best 60 day return policy. We cover any scenario that can leave you unsatisfied.
  • You ordered the incorrect fitment.
  • The quality of the tire isn't to your liking.
  • You're not highly satisfied with your purchase.
We accept returns as long as they are returned to us within 60 days of delivery. We will only accept returns on tires that have not been installed - are unused (not been driven on) and are not damaged. Please call 1-833-6SPEEDY to arrange to have the product returned. Once approved - you will be eligible for a refund. The refund will equal the total price that was processed on your credit card less freight charges to ship back to the distribution center unless we were at fault for shipping the wrong tires. We aim to leave our customers completely satisfied, so that you'll tell your family and friends about us. That's the way we do business, the right way, leaving you with an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Refunds

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred. There will also be a 10% restocking fee.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.

Shipping/Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived damaged or is the incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at 1-833-6SPEEDY. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange of the damage or incorrect item. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.
