What should I do if I do not know the size of my tire?

No problem. Simply Click Here and you can begin to search for the tires for your vehicle. Once you enter the Year, Make, Model and Trim level (package) of your vehicle - only tires that are specifically for your vehicle will be displayed. You can also search by brand and price.

Do you sell New and Used Tires?

No - we only sell New Tires and very competitive prices.

Once I place my order - will I be able to check the status?

Yes - you can check the shipping status of your order online. You will need the tracking number that will be received in your confirmation email.

What if I decide I no longer want the tires? What is your Return Policy?

We do accept returns as long as they are returned within 35 days. We will only accept returns on tires that have not been installed - are unused (not been driven on) and are not damaged. Please call 1-833-677-3339 to arrange to have product returned. Once approved - you will be eligible for a refund. The refund will equal the total price that was processed on your credit card less freight charges to ship back to the distribution center as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Do the tires come with a warranty?

On certain tires, the manufacturer has a treadlife warranty. If there is a warranty, the details will be present on the product in our catalog. Typically, this is a limited warranty that is valid up to a certain mileage on the tires. This will cover such things as manufacturer defects in the tire. For more information, please reach to support@speedytire.com and we will be happy to clear any confusion.

Is there are minimum to the number of tires I must order?

No! There is no minimum to the amount of tires you may order.

Will my order be shipped to my house?

The order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We currently offer shipments to residential and commercial addresses within the continental U.S. We also have a Fedex Pickup option that allows customers to ship to a Fedex Pickup location for tires that fit the criteria with the pickup location. Delivery time may vary, however we typically ask to allow for delivery between 2-7 business days.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes - Not only do we encrypt our connections with the latest TLSv1.3 standards, we are also completely PCI compliant. We store NO credit card or banking information on our servers at all, so that our customers can rest assurred that nothing is every compromised.

In the event I change my mind - can I cancel my order?

Yes - Orders can be cancelled as long as they've not shipped from the distribution center. In the event that our team isn't able to cancel the order before shipment, a return will be generated for the tires. Please visit our return policy for more details.

Do you provide the services for installation of tires?

No - you should have your tires installed by a reputable installer. While we ship many tires to installation centers all over the U.S., SpeedyTire doesn't handle installation charges or negotiate any services with install centers. They are paid directly to the installer that you choose to mount and balance your new tires.

What happens if the tires I ordered are not available for immediate shipment?

In the event that there's a problem processing your order for any reason, our team will contact you to discuss options.

Where are the tires I ordered shipping from?

Our orders are fulfilled from many distribution centers located in the U.S. We do not ship from our headquarters located in Slidell, LA.

Can I pickup the tires from the distribution center?

We do not allow distribution center pickup for safety reasons.

What is the shipping cost to my zip code?

The shipping cost is based on the distance from the fulfillment center to your destination.

I only got two tires, I ordered four. Where are the other 2?

In certain circumstances, the shipping carrier will deliver the tires over a span of days, instead of all at once. This is typically because the driver cannot fit all the tires on the truck. If the shipment stops tracking for more than 1 day, please get in touch with support and we will attempt to track down the package.

How much is the tax on my order?

If we charge sales tax in your state, the tax is based on the rules for the state.
